The wife's confession was that the husband had given the suit land gift at the time of marriage, in addition to the money of the dover, and such fact was also included in the marriage contract, besides, the transfer of the land in favor of the wife. The marriage contract was written for, according to his own version, the person mentioned. Of legal proceedings, but did not present it before the trial court under Article 129 (g) of the 1984 Convention, a negative signal would be drawn to the effect that it was deliberately concealed and understood. The same thing was prepared as a will, and the wife's dispute, therefore, proved that the husband admitted the contents of the said work to the extent of admission about the amount of the Dover, while the remainder was refused, before the aforesaid proceedings. Husband's signature was present on the page. Where the entire contract was concluded, the wife submitted to the applicant, who confirmed to the defendant the issuance of the stamp paper, the signatures and documents on the register as well as the stamp paper were more than available. The marriage contract was similar, and both documents were not rejected by the husband.
