Articles 420, 468 and 471 of the Criminal Code (v. 1898), section 195 (1) (c) of the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Petition filed a false document filed against the accused for recovery of money and confession. The complaint was processed by the complainant, who pleaded guilty to filing an FIR against the accused for having a forged document that violated FIR section 195 (1) (c). The CCPR section 195 (1) (c), the provisions of the CR, did not apply to the PC in cases where a person was charged before he was accused of fraud.
