Section 9439 (1) The Constitution of Pakistan, Article 4 (()) of the High Court remanded the case to the trial court, keeping the order passed by the court below, presented by it. The same decision should be directed on the material. In the initial phase of the complaint, the complainant stated that he was one of the accused named in the complaint and that no notice was issued or hearing before the invalid order was passed. Given the fact that any opportunity was provided, Section 9 (9 (9)), in view of the CCPC, required the High Court to, as a Rehabilitation Court, give the accused proper notice. After the notice, after giving him the notice, which was not acknowledged that the leave was not applied, the appeal was turned into an appeal, the unanimous order passed by the High Court was set aside and the matter was set aside. According to the law, the High Court was remanded for the latest dismissal, after which all the people had a hearing.
