I had sent for the file of the civil Court in this case in order to have a look on the signatures of the petitioner on the power -of‑attorney. The file has not been received.
2. Mian Shah Nawaz, Advocate, with whom the petitioner is alleged to have been working, has sworn an affidavit to the effect that the petitioner is an illiterate person. Malik Muhammad Akbar the learned counsel for the petitioner, has produced his affidavit‑on‑record.
3. The Investigating Officer is present and states that he has no evidence that the petitioner had himself made the alleged interpolation or that it was made at his instance by somebody else. In view of this circumstance, the bail order dated 8th of November 1968, is, hereby, confirmed.
Bail confirmed.
