Trading system (KATS) stock exchange data and off-market data show that unusually high volumes in a particular company's scrip, exchanged further in the exchange that took place on the stock exchange. The investigation revealed that the company implemented the orders of its clients, in specific company scripts. The commission asked the company to submit its comments and the questions explained the fact behind the implementation of the trade in the company. In response, its position was reiterated and stated that the specific company had a modest trading script. And some of the trades in the scrip have contributed to the high volume. The scrip company added that it said it had helped to turn the aforementioned trade into a closed market, considering that its client wanted to restrain itself. The scrap company's investment rating conducted the trade through its terminals in a manner whereby beneficial ownership did not change with respect to the sensitivity of the specific company's scrip in terms of index indies. And its after-effects on market stats should have made the company do business responsibly. And to ensure full compliance with all the Commission's rules and regulations, the responsibility of the Company's Stock Exchange Prime was to oversee all trading activities conducted by its brokerage houses.
