Could not extend key adjustment charge. The High Court declared the demand for fuel adjustment charges subject to changes in fuel prices unconstitutional and directed the distribution companies to issue amendment bills against the applicable laws and principles of natural justice and in such cases. Consumers were already allowed to pay bills under consideration, then a constitutional request was made for the next month's bills to exceed the amount received accordingly.
