Criminal Miscellaneous No. 4384 of 1968, decided on 7th October 1968.

Criminal Procedure Code (V of 1898),

Ss. 497 & 498---Bail he re arrest-Petitioner, in first instance, not applying to Sessions Judge for bail before arrest---Interim bail extended for 8 days Petitioner, if so advised, may apply to Sessions Judge for purpose.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the petitioner did not apply, in the first instance, for bail before arrest to the Sessions Judge- The interim bail is extended up to 15-10-1969. The petitioner, if so advised, may approach the, Sessions Judge, for the purpose.

Order accordingly.
