Was invoiced ; Customs Court; Banking Court; and Commercial Court; and that the correct forum was the authenticity of the Commercial Court. No government revenue was involved in this case. The applicant did not cheat the government or did any harm to the government which was allegedly done. But the applicant did, it had damaged the reputation of Pakistan's business. The community for which it was challenged in a suitable forum that would deal with the matter related to merit by the Deputy Attorney General was against the same applicants who were summoned to the banking court for the same offense. And the High Court reverses the pending proceedings. The banking court has proceeded to the trial court before the customs court in view of the search made by the High Court against the same applicant in connection with the same incident. And it will be dealt with well. \ r \ n
