It acknowledged that notices were not issued to the applicants, however, if their objections to the amount of land were to be heard and disposed of by the Land Acquisition Officer in accordance with law by the Land Acquisition Officer. Were satisfied with No objection and the applicant should appear in his office and submit their objections to their property individually regarding market value. The Land Acquisition Officer added that applicants or their representatives will be heard and the land will be given in case of land acquisition. Act, 1894 After their hearing, the petition was disposed of in this direction till a fresh wait was passed by the Land Acquisition Officer, no adverse action would be taken against the applicants.
