Assessment of Orders for Provisions & 64 and Assessment-Assessment 6 30 30 6 2005 2005 Order Approval 2005 2005 2005 As 2005 2005 on As Assisi wrote two letters in which one was written directly to the Taxation Officer and the other to the Commissioner. It was sent to the Department by then, but despite these two letters, no evaluation order was reached to reveal the apparent facts of the review. The issue was that if any assessment order was approved on 30 6 2005, it would certainly have been sent to Assisi, especially in view of the two letters sent to Assessee, concluding from such events. Looks like no assessment order was available. The assessor could have been dispatched immediately to the assessor otherwise, or at least after the receipt of at least two letters of the First Appellate Authority, the appellate tribunal on December 30, 2005. Retained the search filed by the First Appellate Authority. Not because the assessment orders were dispatched, but because one was the one that banned the time allowed after 30 6 2005
