The plaintiff's lawyer filed a petition under section 151, CPC on the same day, which the court approved without even issuing any notice to the defendants. On the same day, the lawyer for the plaintiff stated that no body had been exposed by the defendant for a long time and the matter was already proceeding. He said that the lawyer discussed the matter and the judgment passed on the same day was approved and the order was later signed on 15-5 2008. The entire case was decided on the same day without complying with the various stages of the suit, namely, settling the case, filing of witnesses and documenting, recording of evidence and concluding arguments, nor did the whole decision to a single judge. Soon, the verdict was not based on the evidence on record, the single judge erred in law for confession, committed material misconduct, unclean verdicts and injunctions were set aside and defendants Alihan filed a lawsuit to allow him to defend himself in the case. Therefore, it can be heard and the decision of the merit, which was signed by the sole judge on 15-5 2008 and appeals filed on 4 6 2008 and 6 6 2008, with them fixed by law.
