The parties were aware of the disappointing order that they were seriously contested before the Banking Court Service of Notice, neither an appeal was filed nor a decree was passed without hearing the response, which received notice of appeal. It was during this time that the High Court had appealed for a vacancy. Deliver an appeal memo with all responses within three days so that the defendant's objection should not be served by the defendant in the notice of appeal which was raised by the respondent
