THE STATE THROUGH ADVOCATE-GENERAL N.-W.F.P. versus MST. KHOGA JAN AND OTHERS
Section 302/34 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) appealed against the Judicial Officers who had recorded the judicial confessions of the accused, supporting the prosecution in the trial, but the High Court upheld the trial court's decision. I interrupted and observed the confession. Soon after his arrest, a case was filed for his arrest, which was confirmed by the primary fax from the facts and circumstances of the confessional statements, which led to the High Court's case for deep appreciation of the evidence. Did not affect, therefore, the trial was conducted according to which the state was approved for re-evaluation of the evidence.
