NASIRUDDIN SHAHAB versus SUB-REGISTRAR-I

Section 9 Constitution Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional petition was the petitioner's request to maintain that he had mortgaged it to a property bank, which issued a letter denying the sub-register without its NOC. Applicant Bank's request to register the sale deed for 9 other properties was that the applicant had obtained financing for 9 properties which he could not sell without paying the money. It was up to the Banking Court to decide on such dispute in which the Banking Court banned such properties. The order was passed. The case filed by the bank petitioner had already filed a case in the banking court challenging the validity of such letter, the High Court dismissed the constitutional petition in the circumstances. \ R \ n
