QAMARUDDIN versus STATE
Police suspected the value of the evidence of Section 365/34 Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Section 7 (e) West Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), Section 13 (d) and (e) evidence. A false record was prepared for the motive of the case and the accused is alleged to have been falsely involved in the case by the complainant in connection with the police. There was animosity between the accused and the prosecution's witnesses, confirming that the evidence of those witnesses, which was not proved by independent evidence, could not safely depend on the accused's involvement. In the case of unlicensed gun abduction and recovery from his possession, he was given the benefit of the doubt and he was acquitted of the charge and accordingly was released.
