There was no allegation of dishonesty or misconduct against the judicial officer for seeking some degree of disqualification to justify the censorship fine recommended by the judicial officer, and his professional performance is worth it. That their case was not fair. The impugned order of competent authority was set aside to increase the penalty, it was restored to employment with all the benefits.
