SIRAJ DIN versus STATE
Sections 497 of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 324, 379, 427, 148, 149 and 34 bail, denied the immediate FIR case, in which the accused was named with a special character. There was no doubt that the investigating agency's finding was that both the accused were innocent, but the injured witness supported the case and made a special statement under Section 161, CRPC. That both the accused had participated in the incident and had indiscriminately opened fire with the accused involved in the case. The trial court where the case was ready for his trial, no ground for bail was dropped, the request for bail was dismissed.
