Claims to file for trouble following the open search of the Section 7 plea charge and they relied on the accused's birth certificate, which shows that he is over 18 years old at the time of the incident by the trial court. The petition was rejected, however, only after the accused was charged at this stage when he applied for his Ossication Test only when he was charged, thus the stage was postponed. Could not be understood because the prosecution's evidence was sought after the accused, who was yet to appear in court. The document prepared by the accused shows that he was under 18 years of age at the time of the incident while according to documentary evidence submitted by the complainant, the age of the accused at the time of the incident was around 19 19 years. According to the provisions of the testimony of the law, the absence of the said documents, 1984, could have wasted more time than was required to obtain information. The Medical Board Normal Course for the trial court was to obtain a medical report from the relevant authorities, only for the judgment to which the trial court exercised its jurisdiction in which the material irregularities were allowed to apply for review. The trial court had approved and dismissed the request that the trial court file the trial by the accused was accepted with the direction of the trial court to obtain a report from the properly constituted medical board.
