Article 199 Civil Service Appointment Petitioners, who applied for the post of sergeant and deputy at the Government School, respectively, claimed that they were better qualified as residents than anyone else. His father donated 25 kanals of land to the village school. And that they should have at least a lower level of employment in the said school. It was the least acknowledgment that his family was entitled to a constitutional petition so that officials were instructed to place applicants in the next vacant seat against their qualification. Further acknowledgment of the inclusion of recruitment policy is provided by some posts that have donated their land to good public school projects.
