ALLAH BAKHSH KHAN AND OTHERS versus AHMAD KHAN THROUGH L.RS.
Article 185 (3) Rules of the Supreme Court, 1980, O IV, RR 6, 15 and O XXVI, R 6 Application for leave to appeal The agreement entered into by the former counsel for the respondent's review request by other centers. The Supreme Court refused to allow another lawyer to appear for the respondent because the latter's application was filed by a former lawyer based on the fact that his previous lawyer did not have the option to compromise. The allegations I made against the former lawyer were such that his career could have far-reaching effects on the Supreme. The court issued a grievance notice to the Advocate on the record of the respondent for violating the Supreme Court Rules 1980 O IV, RR 6, 15 and O XXVI, R 6 and not submitting to the previous counsel appearing on the petition stage.
