FR 22 (a) (b) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Application Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate on the basis of an agreement to transfer the transferred applicant to another department as inquiry officer (BPS 17). Joining the post of PTA has relieved his parents from the department. The applicant was allowed the right to return to his parents for a period of one year. The applicant was receiving his salary at a certain stage of pay in BPS 17 compared to his previous post, available at that stage, neither more nor less than that of the Judicial Magistrate. The applicant's application for a new position was forwarded to the Department and as a result, he was allowed to change his parents' department while retaining his entitlement, the applicant's case, the sub-rule under the circumstances. Sub-clause (ii) of the Act. (C) FR 22 of the Fundamental Principles, because the new post did not include the responsibility or the responsibility of most importance, though, temporarily, it was to attract its initial pay time scale. At this stage, his salary was equal to his salary in relation to the old officer who fulfilled the conditions laid down in clause (a) of FR22 of the Fundamental Principles, his treatment was not reasonable. \ R \ n \ r \ nwith clause (b) of FR22
