Section 498 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 494/109/452 Crimes of Adultery (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), Section 11/16/10 Pre-arrest Guarantee, numerous prior disclosures without the defendant's denial. Bail applications filed after receiving bail pleas and ad interim relief were not presented to the accused and the trial court, thus it was alleged that the accused was not involved with the accused after receiving the interim bail. But the court adversary effect was misused; the courts always took serious consideration in the deliberations of the accused in these cases. As in the case of the accused, no provisional ad interim bail was granted, and there were requests for bail. Excluded accordingly
