MOHAMMAD FAREED versus MESSRS KHALEEJ HOTEL THROUGH MANAGER

Sections 46 and 48 of West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VII 1968), Section I (4) (a), Section O15 (3) (e), terminated service on account of absence of duty. The application was terminated without the issuance of a notice and an inquiry against the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance, 1968, because of the service of the appellant against the decision of the Labor Court. Be absent from your duty to report a complaint. The appellant was rejected by the Labor Court against his dismissal order, which did not maintain the ban because the provisions of the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment Ordinance, 1968 and the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 2002 applied to the Establishment. There were no jobs because it was less expensive. More than 20 workers were skeptical of the record on the evidence that more than 50 workers were working in the settlement, which was owned by two hotels. Appellant initially ordered the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment Ordinance. , 1968 still relinquished the burden of proving the number of workers in the establishment to apply, was concerned that the establishment failed to prove from any documentary evidence that it employed 4/5 people. The West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 was being applied to the Establishment. The complaint was admissible and the evidence on the record proved that the appellant was not present or had left the job, but the Establishment terminated his services orally.
