Could not be excused about engagements, especially when the applicant said in the petition that he LA may not be aware of. He belongs to the outer city and hence no case has been maintained by him. Need to lie, because he could not be acquitted of the alleged occupation of his lawyer before any court because he did not know how to determine the appellant as well as the appellant, A photocopy of the page was clearly filed. Relative to his advice; it was not clear from this page whether the diary, in fact, belonged to his lawyer or not, though in the absence of a daily cause list and a lawyer's affidavit.
