And instructed the complainant not to disclose it until the next order, despite the civil court's order, the contentious check was presented by the complainant and returned to the bank. Under Section 489F, PPC, setting up a crime and consequently an FIR was lodged against the accused saying that the case filed by the accused seeking suspension of the controversial checks was withdrawn when it was withdrawn.
