Section 5, Schedule and 14 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 The petitioners for the restoration of the Constitution Petition were the respondents' minor sons who were approximately 14/15 years of school age as the father of the respondents. He was obliged to maintain them. The majority of the respondents wherever they resided with the wife of the respondents and their marriage is still present and are responsible for maintaining it through the husband until it is proved that she is living without any justification or reason. While the evidence on record does not indicate that the wife is living separately. Appeal court finding, on behalf of her husband and wife not caring, had no support in her care, the minors claimed that her father's monthly income was about 10 10/11 thousand. However, the father said in his written statement not to mention even a word about his true income and his salary certificate should be brought on the record which has a monthly salary of Rs. 4130, but no official has confirmed The name was not submitted for verification which did not indicate whether his salary was included in all allowances or Rs. 500 per month. Money was not enough to cope with the needs of the minors, keeping the father's income, the minors were entitled to it. Imported decisions and orders passed by the following courts were changed accordingly to receive the next maintenance allowance at the rate of Rs 1000 per month.
