MUHAMMAD DIN THROUGH LEGAL HEIRS versus MUHAMMAD SHARIF
Under Section 13 of the Punjab Pre-Ordinance Ordinance (XVIII of 1990), interpreting the Section 13 Dialogue, the plaintiff filed a case before the vacant sale made in 1988; the trial court dismissed the claim on that basis. That the plaintiff failed to prove the case. The appeal dismissed regarding the victim and the petitioner, and thus the right to stop the sale, was also only amended to vacate the sale at the time of acquiring the knowledge of the excluded sale. The courts were rightly denying them below, the result of a conciliation that did not result in any irregularities, illegal, misrepresentation or lack of evidence.
