MUHAMMAD SHAFI versus MUBARIK ALI

In the Civil Pro Code of Civil Procedure (v. 1908), the AXLI, R-27 suit sued for declaration on the basis of the prescriptive title that his predecessor had mortgaged the property in interest and called Hold on.
