In the Civil Pro Code of Civil Procedure (v. 1908), the AXLI, R-27 suit sued for declaration on the basis of the prescriptive title that his predecessor had mortgaged the property in interest and called Hold on. The trial court ruled that the suit had been in possession for more than 60 years. The appellate court had sought remand from the government with a directive to impose the case as a defendant, which the government had sought in this case.
