Section 36 West Pakistan Land Revenue Rules, 1968, R17 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Application The appointment of a Lumber Executive District Officer (Revenue) was denied the appointment of a lambardar, the applicant was against the constitutional right. A constitutional application was filed. The Member, before the Board of Revenue, appealed against the order of the Executive District Officer, which was not resolved by the applicant, without taking advantage of the remedies provided under the law, before the constitutional petition before the High Court. The time, which deserved to be rejected, the constitutional request was disposed of before the law passed under the forum against the executive district officer's order that the applicant would take advantage of his treatment which would be decided only after hearing to the parties.
