Sections 182 and 211 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (v. 1898), Section 439 were convicted and sentenced under Section 182, PPC, for false information and false accusation, but from initiating proceedings against it. Prior to this, neither the show notice was issued nor any explanation was sought from him which was a necessary requirement.
