MATEEN HAIDER versus ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE, LAHORE
Article 5 and Schedule of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) suit for the recovery of money and gold jewelry as a wife, alleges that her husband was 1/4 in the house The part was transferred, but they did not claim this order. The Family Prayer Clause Family Court dismissed the appeal by the Court of Appeal for the recovery of money and gold jewelry, but passed its own decree on the property rights in the house, against which the Constitutional petition before the High Court. Was filed, but was excluded. The family court passed a decree passed because no appeal was filed for alleged rights in the house, nor did it file a cross objection to the appellate court regarding alleged property rights in the house. It was not appropriate to issue this order, especially in view of the alleged denial of the transfer. The spouse was involved in the house as a Dover and entries, and as a result of the preliminary injunction for the recovery of the money and gold jewelry approved by the courts, the WL was not subject to any illegal interference. Accepted and reversed the 1/4 part order in the house approved by the appellate court and maintained by the High Court.
