Section Constitution 96 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Appeal to the High Court The decision of the jurisdictional suit of the jurisdiction of the government departments filed by the contractor was decided on the basis of arbitration between the parties and by the arbitrator. The award given was made by the court. Appeal was filed before the High Court after the department was angry with the award. After more than 1/2 year, the court dismissed the appeal filed by the department regarding the awarding of rules. Excessive restriction in filing an appeal before the High Court was the result of gross negligence by the department, which had for more than 16 months before the solicitor to file an appeal to the state courts. Had denied condolences on such negligence and said it was not so. For the first time, such mismanagement by government officials was taken into account in the protection of the public interest. Occasionally, the relevant authorities met with the private parties, allowing the proceedings to go unchecked, and then filing only such use appeals and reviews to cover their illegal and dishonest designs.
