Sections 6, 8 and 9 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199, the constitutional application for the termination of the FIR was denied by the HA of the law and was enforced by section 8 of the Gambling Prevention Act, 1977. Did not follow the procedure or not. An error, a misdemeanor or an unlawful exercise by the complainant, such error was illegal and would not be subject to penalties. Section 9 of this statement does not constitute a regular affiliation of the raid. Accordingly, according to the law, the gross misuse of the process of law and the waste of valuable time was restrained under the circumstances, and the constitutional request was granted accordingly.
