MUZAMMIL HUSSAIN versus STATE
Applicants to Sections 454545, 5435 and 943 Penal Code of Conduct (XLV of 1860), Sections 302 and 338E were convicted under Section 302 (a), PPC and convicted as a prisoner. The death was pronounced except that he had all the legal heirs except one of his sons. The accused was compromised and his statements were recorded that he had no objection to the accused's lawyer acquitting the accused, saying that as one of the legal heirs of the victim, he was not compromised. If the death sentence of the accused was changed, he would not mind. The petitioner was sentenced to death against the petitioner and accordingly he was sentenced to life imprisonment.
