Section 497 Adultery (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), Section 10 (3) Bail, FIR denied was filed immediately after the alleged incident by the complainant, First Fax, in this case falsely. There was no enmity to be involved even until the accused had failed. It has been alleged that the complainant and other victim accused him of making false accusations, even if the accused along with others was accused of committing a felony, which falls under the prohibition clause of section 497, c. Both RPC victims supported their version while investigating and obtaining an affidavit. Of these, which appeared to be poor women, more than 2/2 months later, as the case was tampered with, the first statement stated that the statement was not legal evidence to convey the affidavits. However, a further inquiry will be decided by the trial court. No case has been withdrawn to allow the clear value of such evidence to be guaranteed, as the evidence on record record proves the crime.
