Section 30 (2) of the Special Relief Act (of 1877), the applicants seeking the rights under the Public Land Colonization (Punjab) Act, 1912, from the suit for declaration of termination of the land acquired by section 42 fraud. Under the Government Land (Punjab) Colonization Act, 1912, the Board of Revenue found that the grant of such land to the person was illegal and had no legal consequences, the relevant agreement was set aside and Applicants were dismissed challenging their orders. In the civil court suit, the Board of Revenue ruled that the order had been set aside at the request of a fraud buyer in exchange for a price.
