Defendant challenged the appellate court's order in the review case, although his hearing was postponed on different dates, but the hearing on the previous two dates was not postponed. The trial judge did not keep the date of the trial before the court as he was on leave and the case was adjourned as usual and on the next date of hearing the trial judge was busy in the court course and recorded the petition pending by the plaintiff. The case was adjourned as usual.
