Under section 12 (2), the order requiring a party to investigate or fraud or misrepresentation, under section 12 (2), was to go to the court that ultimately decided the case, final order, order or order. What was meant under, would mean a decision, so far as the order or ruling the court presented was concerned, and which was irrevocable if it preferred, amended, or reversed an appeal, revision or review request. If no attempt was made to amend, it could mean the same order, decision or decree that was no longer changed and who achieved the ultimate success.
