Secondly, on the basis that he had done the bulk of his sentence and finally on the basis that one of the accused was under the age of 18 at the time of his arrest, he was in jail since the date of his arrest. Was not on the record. His previous involvement and his further detention did not prove to be a worthwhile goal. The conviction was reduced to five years rigorous imprisonment, a term that has already passed
