Sections 497 (5) of the Pakistan Criminal Law Amendment Act (XL of 1958), Sections 2 (a), 4 (3) (c), 5 (1) (7), 10 (3) and 11 of the Criminal Code (1860) XLV), on the basis of section 161 Corruption Act (II of 1947), section 5 (2) bail, cancellation of bail, it was demanded that the Additional Sessions Judge be granted bail in the case of the accused as per the government-issued notification. The authorization to approve was not granted. On the 12th 1975, in the super session of all the previous notifications, the applicants seeking the cancellation of the bailout claimed that in the present case, only the special judge was authorized to grant anti-corruption bail, not the Additional Sessions Judge.
