Articles 199, 28 and 251 The petitioner's complaint to replace the English language as a national language for national and governmental and other purposes through Urdu is that according to Article 251 (1) of the Constitution, Urdu language Pakistan was the national language for official use and other purposes and it was necessary that within the fifteen years from the date of commencement of the commentary filed by the Establishment Division, its use for public and other purposes. Arrangements should be made, stating that under the rules of business, the administrative control of the National Language Authority was transferred to Cabinet Division. The cabinet division concerned with Zen and taking steps to implement Urdu as the official language was the relevant division.
