Section 5 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Request for Regular Review of the Order Approved by the High Court The Applicant reviewed the previous order passed by the High Court in which the Authority had to approve the third floor of the building. Was directed to demolish illegal structures. This order was passed without considering the order passed by the High Court under which the petitioner made payment to the Authority which resulted in the construction of the dispute in the regular order as shown by the earlier order. It was held that the authority was not instructed to regularize the controversial construction clearly stating that the matter was to be considered in accordance with the law even if a particular authority had been given a legal obligation. Was given, it had to work only according to the law.
