MUHAMMAD AMJAD versus STATION HOUSE OFFICER, POLICE STATION SARGOHDHA ROAD, FAISALABAD
Article 199 of the Code of Conduct (XLV of 1860), section 380/411/457, on the constitutional request to terminate the FIRF, registered a case of theft against the accused, more than a year ago. Even the date of the event was not mentioned in the FIR, and the articles mentioned in the FIR, such as perfumes, shampoos, lotions, makeup items, etc., were all manufactured branded products, which were available in each category. The items were not the same, nor were they. The other piece, which could be identified and not identified, could not be substantiated that the items recovered from the suspects were the same as those stolen from the complainant's shop, one year after the alleged theft of counter-sale items manufactured in the branded counter. The identity of the complainant, after more than, was as meaningless as this
