Section 115 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), petitioner's view that the High Court's decision (in review) was the result of misrepresentation and the non-reading of the contents on record was not taken by the High Court. Against such decision, after considering all the available evidence, the appellate court's decision aside and the trial court's decision to restore and adjudicate the decision was fully compliant with the law.
