The issuance of notification under section 7 (1), second time (which includes Punjab Waqf Properties (Amendment) Ordinance (XIII of 1984)) and 11 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Articles 185 (3) and 270 Section 7, The petition for challenging the notification was filed more than 30 days after its publication in the Punjab Waqf Properties Ordinance, 1979.
