The applicability of the limitation of appeal under Section 22 and 24 of the Limitation Act (IX of 1908), Section 5, Limitation Act, 1908 was set out under the Financial Institutions (Maintenance of Finance) Ordinance, 2001. In view of Section 29, the Limitation Act, 1908, the provisions of section 5 of the said Act shall not apply and the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act is not applicable.
