The appeal was dismissed by the trial court. As well as the accuracy of the reviewing court, the courts had ample jurisdiction to allow such applicant to act as defendant if he had any right or interest in the matter, claiming the interest of the lace party. Working parties were also included so that they could be avoided. There can be no scope for litigation to reject the application of cross-lens lenses.
