The petition filed under Article 9 (1973), Article 184 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan was sentenced in a criminal case by the accused Gilgit and before the Chief Justice of the Northern Territory. Preferred appeal, Gilgit, was dismissed with a reduced sentence and according to criminal law in Pakistan, the offender can take advantage of the treatment of an appeal as the right to challenge his conviction and sentence. The right to appeal was also available in the Northern Territory, and the accused wanted to use it. Article 184 of the Constitution deals with the resolution of individual grievances, nor in the case of a question of public importance in relation to the enforcement of any fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution.
