The decision was not made by the Federal Tax Ombudsman, recommending that the zonal commissioner be kept under 5122 for assessment. The Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 and directs the Assessment Officer to reconsider this assessment after appropriate inquiry and initiate disciplinary proceedings against the Assessing Officer and the Inspector.
