The statements of the witnesses of the prosecution of the evidence were not recorded for more than a year in the section 497 Preventive Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302 bail, police grant even though they had told the complainant at the funeral of the deceased. That they had seen the accused in the company of the accused were not charged, even in the above statements neither the crime commission nor the pistol had been sent to the forensic science laboratory nor from the scene. No crime was recovered. The accused in the case was not a fugitive. The accused's crime needs further investigation.
